Monty Kirk
Principal

Monty is a Principal at Ventus, responsible for the origination, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, alongside portfolio management.

Monty joined Auctus Industries in 2020 as an analyst and worked with Auctus portfolio company Avantus Aerospace, supporting the appraisal and transaction of several aerospace and defense acquisitions in the US and Europe.

He was part of the Ventus founding team and played a pivotal role in developing the investment thesis for Aeron, and sourcing and transacting the two initial acquisitions. 

Monty holds a BSc in Economics from University College London.
